Each plan sets three limits. At the inbox limit, you cannot create a new inbox. Above the daily inbound limit, aktmail rejects new mail and the sender gets a delivery failure. Above the monthly send limit, a send returns an error.
No. The send count goes back to zero at the start of each calendar month (UTC). The inbound limit uses a daily window.

aktmail is built for inbound mail. Your agents (or you!) receive email at custom addresses. Your agent can send a reply, forward a message, or notify you at your own email. But aktmail is not a transactional email service, and it is not for marketing email.
